Sadly, it was discontinued in 2012 and (strangely) never open-sourced or sold to another developer or anything, so now I'm on the hunt for a replacement before I upgrade to El Cap.
Since turnaround is fast, I use the outdated (but until El Capitan still working) program called Levelator 2 to normalize the vocal files - it is amazing, and matches what I can do manually (which is a whole lot more work!).
